New York State Senator Ruben Diaz is at it again. Diaz has used his extreme anti-gay words to try to tear down the community for years. He voted against marriage equality this past December, and is currently fired up about voting no on GENDA, an important piece of legislation that would outlaw discrimination against transgender New Yorkers.
Diaz's anti-equality words and actions are so extreme that they often make no sense, are usually pretty insulting and are almost always wrong. He's fought against the Harvey Milk High School, the Gay Games, pretty much anything involving lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender New Yorkers.
But what if we took some of his crazy talk and had a little fun with it? What if you used some of his quotes in a fill-in-the-blanks word game?
After you fill in the blanks with your own words, we'll send you your quote, along with the original version. We'll leave it up to you to decide which quote is more extreme! We'll also keep you signed up to help us take down NY State Senators who voted no on marriage equality. Play a round of What the Diaz now.
